About Us

aiproperty.sg is independently owned, operated, and managed by Elementay Pte Ltd (UEN 201910670K), a Singapore company supporting real estate professionals with marketing, technology, and lead-generation tools for new launches and resale projects.

Enquiries submitted on this Site are handled by Winnie Lim Hui Nee (CEA Registration No. R061623D) of Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (Licence L3008899K), our appointed salesperson and authorised agency. Winnie operates under the Estate Agents Act and the professional conduct rules of the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).

Our role is to provide general information about residential developments in Singapore and to assist with enquiries, brochure requests, and showflat appointments. We are not the developer of any project listed on the Site.
