The Story Behind AIProperty.sg

Background

I came into real estate from the supply chain industry. For several years, my job was to read demand and supply patterns and negotiate prices. Most people do not think of that as property training. I do.

Through the tough market

I joined ERA Realty Network in September 2019 and closed a major transaction in my first month. When Covid-19 hit, a lot of agents pulled back. I dug deeper into demand and supply data, tracked how pricing was shifting, and negotiated directly with developers on my clients' behalf. Many of those properties went on to achieve strong capital appreciation.

Recognition

In 2024, I received the Million Dollar Award — not because of the recognition, but because of what it represents: years of showing up consistently and putting clients' interests first. In 2025, I moved to Huttons Asia after meeting Rex Tan, who opened my eyes to how much further technology could take this industry.
