How to compare new launches
Two projects rarely differ on one thing alone, so compare them on the terms that decide how you live in the unit and what it is worth later.
Price per square foot against the absolute price. PSF tells you whether you are paying above or below the going rate in that district. The absolute price tells you what you actually need. A lower PSF on a bigger unit can still be the larger cheque, so read both columns together.
Units left by bedroom type. The table breaks stock down by bedroom type rather than giving one total, because a project that looks open can be almost sold out in the size you want. Thin stock also means less room to negotiate on stack or floor.
TOP date and tenure. The expected completion date sets when you move in or start collecting rent, and how long you carry the loan alongside other housing costs. Tenure, freehold against 99 years, shapes resale much later.
District and the walk to an MRT. Both sit at the top of each column. A ten-minute difference on foot matters more day to day than most facilities lists.

Where do the prices come from?+
From each project's price list, the same figures shown on its price-list page here. They come from the developer through our admin, not from listing portals.
How often is availability updated?+
Units left are read from the live price list when you open the comparison, and refreshed if the page has been sitting open for more than five minutes. A unit can still be taken while you are looking, so treat a low count as a signal to check with us.
Can I share or save a comparison?+
Yes. Your picks are written into the page address, so copying the URL or bookmarking it brings the same comparison back for anyone who opens it.
